I was hesitant to post this for a couple reasons. Mainly because my fitness goal is not turn into a twig. Also Im not fond of sharing my stretch marks. This is not where I want to be. Im working towards more muscle a bit of a thicker build. But progress is progress none the less so I decided to share. My body fat has definitely gone down. Top pic was last fall, bottom is a week or so ago. Wish I took progress pics of my arms and legs, there is more muscle definition. Maybe Ill start taking those pics now.
